Do you remember every single goal you set at the start of the year? To be honest, I don't and I feel like I am not the only one here who forgot about "the new year, new me" resolution. It all starts to get tricky once the feeling of excitement and motivation, which pushed you to keep going, settles down. So all you have to do is to remind yourself once again what sets your soul on fire.
Do you use social media to share your creativity with the world or do you search for recognition in the eyes of others? Do you love yourself or do you ask to be loved?
Which one is the right answer? Don't we seek both? Is it wrong to feel that way? The more I think of these questions, the trickier they get.
It's in our nature as social beings to want to feel loved, respected, admired. But does it really matter how many "likes" you get when you don't love yourself? I can think of only one answer and that is NO. No number can replace the value of your own "like". We want more when we only need one.
Do you actually end up using all those weird beauty hacks and DIYs that you watch all over the internet? Cuz I certainly don't. So, here are all the beauty hacks that I use all the time and I swear by.
Days, months or even years, it's up to you to decide for how long you will let yourself remain stuck in this situation. Our life can't be perfect all the time, we all have our ups and downs, some more than others. Well, being human means there is no such thing as a reset button which we can simply switch and get our life together in an instant. Thank goodness since we wouldn't be able to overcome ourselves otherwise.
"Fashion has to reflect who you are, what you feel at the moment, where you're going."
I truly believe that style comes from within, that it has depth, that it shows character. Even if you own the dreamiest closet of them all, it's meaningless unless you have the power to bring it into life. Without a personality you won't be able to stand out. You will be just another "hanger" for your clothes.
Style isn't something static, it evolves alongside you. So, keep in mind that finding your personal style isn't a one-time experience. As you grow, you constantly need to rediscover your current sense of style.
